UK & Overseas Customers

PPL cannot accept credit card payments in Sterling. However if you opt for a Euro Customer Account, PPL can then accept your credit card. Customers paying by credit transfer will incure all associated bank charges.

Loyalty Discount

Regular customers of custom orthotic devices are rewarded with our loyalty discount scheme 

• Spends over €1000/£700 per month receive a 2.5% discount
• Spends over €2000/£1400 per month receive a 5% discount
• Spends over €3000/£2100 per month receive a 7.5% discount

Loyalty discount is only paid on accounts which do not exceed our 30 days credit terms.

Interest on Overdue Accounts

All accounts run on 30 days credit terms. Interest is applied to all invoices which are more than 60 days old.
